Congratulations to all the Robe Runners today - the town is buzzing with energy! 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️
Yoga and Running seem like opposites, but they really are best friends! They both bring us strength, mobility, deep breathing and a strong mindset!
Tomorrow’s Yoga at Long Beach will soothe any little aches and pains you might have, and it’s sure to leave you with a smile. 😊 All welcome and mats are available!

Yoga At The Beach - 9 am every Sunday over Summer, and also for the next 3 Saturdays!
If the year’s end has left you feeling a little overwhelmed or frazzled, come along and join us for an hour of uncomplicated, soothing Hatha Yoga. With gentle flowing movement, deep breathing and mindful cues, it is the perfect way to soothe your mind and nourish your body. And if you’ve never practiced yoga outdoors before, then this is your sign…….It is bliss. 💚

Everyone is welcome; just bring along your own mat or towel and wear some comfy layers!
