We offer Professional Consultation Packages, we work with organisations to implement wellbeing and resilience strategies into the workplace for customer satisfaction and employee retention.

A Resource Subscription is available for organisations and business wanting to access fresh resources around wellbeing and resilience all year.

We have recently worked with Move Pilates Studio to create a children’s Pilates class with integrated mindfulness, The Nourish Nook to create ideas around nurturing employees and Goolwa Children’s Centre to upskill their staff’s knowledge around wellbeing practices in the workplace.

Parenting is one of the toughest jobs and I can help you become the parent you always wanted to be through my Mindful Parenting packages, workshops and online courses.

We offer a Professional Counselling Service, our service seeks to foster hope and nourish the expectation of change, with our promises tethered to facts and evidence. Our practitioners look to facilitate sound mental health, acknowledging your journey and help you to pursue your desired goals. We seek to understand, respond appropriately to, and honour the humanity of every client, without judgement.

Individual Guidance allows me to guide you in a themed package working on specific areas in your life. Packages include Live your BEST life, The Art of Mindfulness, Life Audit, Busy Mums & Build a Meaningful Career.

Development Workshops are tailored workshops providing an opportunity to learn the aspects of wellbeing and resilience strategies within the Positive Psychology framework including the flexibility to choose your own themed workshop.

Educational Sessions are an information session providing an overview of the aspects of Positive Psychology to introduce concepts within the framework. These sessions are usually very low cost to assist the community needs.
