🧘🌹🧘Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana)

✅ How to Do step by step:-

1. Lie on your back on a mat.
2. Bend your knees toward your chest.
3. Grab the outer edges of your feet with your hands.
4. Open your knees wider than your torso.
5. Gently pull knees toward the floor while keeping your back flat.
6. Hold for 20–30 seconds and breathe deeply.

✨ Keep your head and spine relaxed on the mat.

Child's Pose, or Balasana, is one of the most restorative yoga poses. This simple, grounding posture helps to calm the nervous system and ease stress. When you are feeling overwhelmed, taking a few moments in Child's Pose allows you to reconnect with your breath and release tension. Your forehead resting on the mat encourages a sense of surrender, allowing your body and mind to relax fully.

The beauty of Child's Pose lies in its simplicity. It doesn’t require much physical exertion, but it provides a powerful release. As you stretch your arms forward and sink deeper into the pose, focus on letting go of any stress, anxiety, or negative emotions. Child's Pose is a gentle reminder to slow down and practice mindfulness, providing a break from the constant busyness of life.

By focusing on your breath and allowing your body to soften into the ground, Child's Pose offers a mental reset. It’s an opportunity to center yourself, to let go of the pressure of daily life, and to nurture yourself. Whenever you feel stressed or fatigued, return to this posture to recharge and restore your inner calm. 🌱🧘‍♀️

Deep belly breathing, also known as diaphragmatic breathing, can have a profound impact on your physical and mental well-being. This simple yet powerful practice activates your vagus nerve, which helps trigger your body’s natural relaxation response.
