With reading 1 we have the Six of Swords and the rune of Bastet.
Together they say, ‘Not every battle needs your energy. Some peace is found by quietly moving on.”
Lately, life may have felt emotionally noisy or mentally draining. You’ve been carrying a tension that feels like it never fully switches off. The Six of Swords often shows up when someone has been surviving on “just get through it” energy for a while. Maybe you have been just quietly trying to keep everything together while mentally checking out from the stress around you. The rune of Bastet adds to the message that part of your exhaustion may be coming from constantly overextending yourself, tolerating crossed boundaries, or staying connected to situations that no longer feel healthy or balanced.
You may notice yourself wanting more privacy, more rest, and less availability to people who constantly drain your energy. The message here is about simplifying the things that feel emotionally cluttered, whether that’s your routines, your environment, your habits or your relationship dynamics. Bastet reminds us that peace doesn’t come from keeping everyone happy. It comes from being honest about what you need without being harsh or defensive. So, the guidance for the week ahead is to protect your peace without guilt. Pull back from what is draining you and create more space for yourself mentally and physically. Stop treating your own wellbeing like it's the least important thing on your to-do list.

With reading 2 we have The Empress and the rune of Heket.
Together they say, ‘What you care for consistently now will slowly begin to care for you in return’.
Recently, you may have been craving more softness, comfort, or emotional steadiness than usual. The Empress is here to talk about learning how to receive support instead of constantly running on output alone. The rune of Heket strengthens the message by bringing attention to home life, emotional nourishment, and the quieter less obvious forms of growth that are happening beneath the surface.
This week you may find yourself focusing more on your living space, your close relationships, or the routines that help you feel grounded. You may have even felt suddenly motivated to clean, reorganize, cook proper meals again, reconnect with someone close to you, or spend less energy chasing things that leave you feeling depleted. Your creative ideas and personal goals are beginning to grow steadily, even if they still feel small right now. Heket is encouraging you not to force outcomes before they’re ready. Something meaningful is developing here, but it needs your consistency and care rather than pressure.
So, the guidance for the week ahead is to slow down enough to actually nurture your own life instead of just managing it. Pay attention to what genuinely restores you, and trust that the small acts of care now will create much bigger changes over time.

With reading 3 we have Death and the rune of Maat.
Together they say, ‘Something is falling away so that you can return to what is true, balanced, and fully yours’.
Lately there has been a strong feeling that something in your life has run its course, even if part of you is still trying to hold onto it.
Death is known as the card of endings, but it is also the card of inevitability. It tends to appear when deep internal change has already started happening beneath the surface. This could be a shift in identity, priorities, relationships, habits, or emotional patterns. The rune of Maat brings in a feeling of truth and fairness, and restoring balance where things have become unsustainable.
The week ahead may bring moments of seeing things more clearly than before. You might realise that you’ve been carrying a lot of resentment, staying stuck because of guilt, or continuing patterns that don’t reflect who you are becoming. I’m sensing a strong energy of “clearing house” and making room for a healthier way of living.
Maat is supporting Death’s liberation energy here by reminding you that balance returns when you stop fighting what you already know needs to change. The guidance for the week ahead is to let yourself move with the changes instead of resisting them. Release what feels forced, outdated, or emotionally heavy. Trust that creating fresh space now is part of restoring yourself to a more honest and peaceful path forward.

02/05/2026

With reading 1, we have the Knight of Pentacles.
You’ve been doing everything right, but it’s starting to feel like it’s costing you more than it’s giving back.
I’m sensing that you’ve been putting in steady effort over time, showing up, staying consistent, and doing what needs to be done… but you’re not seeing results at the pace you expected or hoped for. There’s this growing gap between the effort you’re putting in and what you’re getting back, and that’s where the frustration is building.
You’ve been going through the motions, keeping your routines going, meeting expectations and staying on track, but it’s starting to feel mentally draining. The level of consistency you’ve been holding yourself to hasn’t really left much room to breathe. It feels like a battle between obligation vs. desire. You’re continuing with something because you feel like you should, not because you feel connected to it anymore. And over time, that’s started to wear on you more than you expected.
The week ahead isn’t asking you to throw everything away, but it is asking you to adjust how you’re carrying it, if you can. The effort itself isn’t the issue, it’s the way it’s been sustained without enough flexibility or reward.
Try picking one area where you can reduce the pressure without dropping the goal entirely. That might look like adjusting your pace, simplifying your routine, or giving yourself permission to do something “good enough” instead of perfectly. Small changes like this can help restore your mental energy without undoing your progress. As you ease that pressure, you’ll start to feel more in control again, rather than stuck inside the process.

With reading 2, we have The World.
You’ve already outgrown something, even if it hasn’t fully ended yet.
I’m sensing that some of you have mentally or emotionally finished with something, even though nothing has officially changed on the outside. You’re still in the situation, still showing up, still involved… but internally, something has shifted and it doesn’t feel the same anymore.
This may have been showing up as a quiet kind of detachment or a feeling of “this doesn’t really fit me anymore.” Something that once held your attention or energy is starting to feel complete, even if you haven’t fully stepped away from it yet.
This feels like a natural kind of closure. Not a forced ending or sudden change, but a gradual realisation that you’re ready to move on.
As the week goes on, that awareness is likely to become clearer. You may find yourself naturally starting to close the chapter in your own way, mentally and emotionally first.
Take some time to acknowledge what you’ve learned, what you’ve outgrown, and what you’re no longer willing to carry forward with you.
You don’t need to rush anything or make a big move straight away. Just recognising that you’re ready for what’s next is enough for now.

With reading 3, we have the Page of Cups.
Not everything that feels good is meant to be trusted straight away.
Some of you have been feeling drawn towards something or someone that feels nice, comforting, and easy to lean into. The energy here is softer and more emotional, but there’s also a layer of caution that comes with it.
You might be wanting to believe the best, overlooking small signs because the feeling itself is appealing. But in doing that, there’s a chance you’re not fully seeing what’s actually right in front of you.
There’s also a sense of distraction here. Slipping into daydreaming, fantasy, or emotional escapism instead of staying properly grounded in what’s real. Something is pulling on your emotions in a way that makes it very easy to get carried away.
You may have found yourself thinking about something more than actually engaging with it, or getting caught up in how it could feel rather than what it actually is right now.
In the coming week, the key is to stay open, but also stay aware. When something feels good, pause for a moment and clearly view it for what’s actually happening, not just what you hope it might become.
Let your curiosity lead, but keep your footing steady and grounded in reality. Stay present enough to see things as they are.

With reading 1 we have Judgment.
Not everyone deserves the same access to you, and it’s time to see that plainly.
This card is asking you to see the people around you more clearly. Look beyond words and intentions, and ask yourself, what do they actually bring to the table? It’s becoming harder to ignore certain patterns. Where you may have once given someone the benefit of the doubt, made excuses for their behaviour, or hoped things would balance out over time… something is shifting. You’re starting to see things for what they really are. Your awareness is sharpening around where your energy is being matched, and where it’s simply being taken. As you lean into that discernment, you’ll begin to notice more clearly who shows up, who follows through, and who doesn’t. This is your opportunity to decide what you’re willing to continue accepting. You may be given quiet, non-confrontational opportunities to respond differently this week, through simple boundaries that reflect your self-worth. Pause before you give your time, energy, or attention, and ask yourself if it’s being met with the same level of effort. Let your next actions reflect what you’re no longer willing to tolerate. Trust what you’re seeing and act accordingly. If something feels one-sided, it probably is. Call your energy back and invest it where there is a real, honest, and balanced exchange.

With reading 2 we have the 3 of Swords.
This cards message isn’t here to hurt you, it’s here to clear something out.
For many of you, something small may have triggered a much bigger emotional response recently. It could have been a conversation, a moment, or even just a feeling that seemed to come out of nowhere. But this wasn’t random. It’s connected to something deeper that has been sitting below the surface for a while now. Old emotional patterns have been activated, and you may have noticed yourself reacting in familiar ways, or feeling more affected than you expected. Try not to tell yourself that this is a step backwards. It’s simply showing you that something is finally ready to be understood and released. This emotional heaviness, the overthinking, or trying to make sense of something that doesn’t quite sit right isn’t easy to sit with, but it does serve a purpose. Things are starting to shift toward a clearer understanding, not necessarily an easy clarity, but an honest one. Allow yourself to feel whatever is coming up without pushing it away, but also without holding onto it for longer than you need to. Notice what the trigger is pointing you back to and then give yourself space to respond differently instead of reacting from old patterns. There is a release happening here. Even if it feels uncomfortable in the moment, it’s helping you move forward in a healthier and more grounded way.

For reading 3 we have the 10 of Pentacles.
Many of you have been building something solid, but it’s not just about you anymore. After a long phase of relying on yourself more heavily, figuring things out on your own, and creating stability in a way that feels personal and earned. You’ve made real progress, and that matters deeply to you. At the same time, it’s brought a kind of quiet tension with it. Being so capable and self-sufficient can slowly turn into keeping people at a distance, sometimes without even realising it. For a while now, your focus has been on your own space, your own routines, and your own goals. This week begins to shift that slightly, asking you to consider how this fits into your wider world, your relationships, your support systems, and the life you’re building long-term. You may not need anyone in the way you once did, but there’s a difference between not needing people and not fully letting them be part of what you’re creating. Consider where you might be protecting your independence a little too tightly. You can be capable, strong, and self-sufficient, while still allowing the right people to be part of your life in a meaningful and steady way. While you're thinking about what you’re building long-term, also try to notice who feels steady, supportive, and aligned with that vision, and allow space for that to grow. The confidence being built here comes from trusting that stability doesn’t have to be created alone. It can also be shared, supported, and expanded through the right connections. What you’re building has the potential to last, especially when it’s not carried alone.

With Reading 1 we have the Ace of Pentacles.
At first glance, this card looks like an offering of a gift, but in reality it is more like responsibility disguised as opportunity. Something real is being placed in front of you, and this reading is here to remind you that the “gift” requires follow-through, not just appreciation. It says, 'are you in, or not?'
This isn’t being handed to you to admire, it’s being offered to see what you’ll actually do with it. Don’t overlook what could grow, just because it doesn’t look impressive yet.
Whether it’s a job, a financial decision, a routine, or even just taking your own potential more seriously, there has been a pattern of hesitation and disconnect recently that needs to be broken. This reading is about recognising value where you might have been previously overlooking it.
The Ace of Pentacles sometimes shows up as something brand new, but I’m sensing that for a lot of you it is actually showing up as something that was already within reach, only now it is requiring you to take it more seriously. Try to see the long-term value in something that looked ordinary, simple, or too slow at first glance. Not everything needs to feel exciting to be worthwhile.
Recently, some of you have felt like the effort you’ve been putting into things hasn’t been seeing a big enough return. You’ve been questioning whether something is actually worth your time in the long run. Because of that, there has been a temptation to overlook things, delay them, or treat them far too casually. Perhaps past experiences have made you cautious about where you invest your energy.
This coming week is about a small opportunity presenting itself, whether that be a conversation, an idea, a responsibility, or even a routine. It doesn’t need to look dramatic to have real potential if you choose to engage and treat what is in front of you as something worth building on, even if it seems too small.
What you give your time and attention to now has the ability to grow into something far more secure and rewarding than it first appears. The guidance this week is to commit properly to what’s already available to you, because the real opportunity isn’t what’s being offered, it’s what happens when you actually stick with it.

With Reading 2 we have The Lovers.
You already know what’s right for you. You’re just weighing up the cost of choosing it. The truth changes things, but avoiding it has been costing you more.
Although this card looks romantic, it’s deeply connected to alignment through choices. Some of you may have been dealing with a situation where you’ve felt torn between two directions. You’ve been sitting with your thoughts, and you already know what feels aligned and what doesn’t.
The hesitation isn’t because you don’t know what you want, it’s because acting on your truth comes with consequences. This internal back and forth you’ve been in isn’t confusion, it’s you trying to find a way to choose what feels right without disrupting anything else. There may be a fear of conflict, a fear of change, or a fear of what happens once something is said out loud.
There can also be a tendency here to overlook small red flags or brush past things that don’t feel quite right, especially when there’s emotional attachment involved. Over the past week, this may have felt like internal tension, keeping things smooth on the surface while something underneath hasn’t felt fully settled.
This week brings you to a point where continuing as you have been starts to feel harder than making a change. Avoidance becomes more uncomfortable than honesty. You may find yourself in a situation where an honest conversation needs to happen, whether that’s with yourself or with someone else.
Regardless of how it shows up, the focus is on whether something is truly balanced, or if you’ve been giving more than you’re receiving, or vice versa. This is where the shift happens, from knowing and delaying into knowing and choosing.
You don’t need more signs, more time, or more confirmation. The guidance this week is simply to decide whether you’re willing to honour what you already know is true.

With Reading 3 we have Strength.
You’ve been holding it together, but now it needs to be about holding yourself with care.
I’m sensing that the challenge here isn’t what’s happening externally, but how you’ve been responding internally. A lot of you have been pushed to your emotional limits, holding a lot inside and trying to keep everything steady by managing it with a tight grip. Your approach has been to stay composed, stay reasonable, stay “in control.”
But Strength isn’t about control in that way.
Outwardly, you seem fine to others, but inwardly you’ve been working quite hard to keep things balanced. You’ve been managing stress, navigating personal triggers, and doing your best not to react, but there is a quiet burnout that comes from always being the one who copes.
This week helps you notice where you’ve been forcing yourself to cope instead of actually supporting yourself through it. It brings in a quieter kind of strength, one that comes from emotional maturity, patience, and learning how to handle yourself in difficult moments.
You may still experience moments of frustration, anxiety, or emotional triggers, but your ability to slow down, soften, and respond differently is growing. This is where real strength is being built.
The guidance for the week ahead is to work with your emotions instead of against them, and to treat yourself with the same patience and understanding you would offer to others. Even small shifts in how you speak to yourself can make a difference, especially if your inner voice has been critical or pressuring.
You don’t need to prove your strength by pushing harder. It will show up in how you care for yourself while you’re moving through this.
