Is your child experiencing anxiety that affects their everyday life? Do they seem worried a lot of the time? Do you feel like you've tried everything and nothing seems to help?

👩‍👦👨‍👧 Support your child's coping skills (and improve yours too)!

This 6-week program is all about giving your family a toolbox of strategies, skills and knowledge to build resilience in children, help manage anxious feelings and stop unnecessary worrying.

Topics covered are:
⭐️ Understanding anxiety
⭐️ Promoting emotional resilience
⭐️ Setting a good example & encouraging realistic thinking
⭐️ Overcoming avoidance
⭐️ Responding to children's anxiety
⭐️ Constructive problem solving & maintaining progress

The Positive Parenting Program is best suited for parents and/or caregivers of children aged 6-14 who experience moderate to high levels of anxiety impacting on their everyday functioning. Based on extensive research with families of anxious children by clinical psychologists, it can work for you too...

📅 Dates: 14 May - 25 June (6 weekly sessions each Wednesday as marked - please note there is no session on 28 May)
