1. Shrink the workout, not the commitment.
15–20 minutes still maintains strength, mood, and routine.

2. Book it like an appointment.
If it’s not scheduled, life will take that space.

3. Don’t break the 2-day rule.
Miss one day? Fine. Miss two? That’s how habits disappear.
