What does that really mean?
Being honest with yourself.
There are two powerful solutions to this
1: make sure you are saying your words, what your actual intent is. Saying the words that you believe someone else wants to hear, while doing actions that align with what you want, creates internal turmoil as the outcomes are attached to hidden desires which, when unsuccessful, are emotional.
2: be transparent with your actions. More than saying why you are doing something to justify the action, actual openly acknowledge what it is that you really want to achieve. While you are placing so much energy into covering your intent, the weight of your deception will crush you when you lose control.
Using your words, and being honest with the intent of your actions, especially when communicating with your self, allows for powerful growth. When your actions come from your words and are acknowledged in their intent, any hampering of success is easily evaluated and positive progression still occurs.
The question you need to ask, am I a catalyst for my own turmoil?
