And rounding out our Endometriosis line-up…

Dolly Amoroso

Dolly is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Accredited Sexologist who creates deeply safe, supportive spaces for her clients.

Her work centres around relationships - with ourselves and with others - and explores areas like consent, intimacy, identity and authentic expression.

Endometriosis doesn’t just affect the body. It can influence confidence, connection, communication and how someone feels in intimate spaces.

On the night, Dolly will be helping us talk about these parts of the experience - openly, thoughtfully and without awkwardness.

Because good care isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about quality of life.

We’re so grateful to have Dolly bringing this perspective into the conversation.

Next in our Endometriosis line-up…

Megan Watt – Dietitian

Her session is called:
Nourishing Relief – Food Strategies for Endometriosis

Food won’t “cure” endometriosis.
But it absolutely influences inflammation, gut health and how your body responds to pain.

Megan will be talking about practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies that can support symptom management - without extreme restriction or overwhelming rules.

This is about understanding how food interacts with inflammation… and how to make changes that are realistic and sustainable.

No fads.
No fear.
Just smart, supportive guidance.

We’re so lucky to have Megan bringing this perspective to the night.

Next in our Endometriosis line-up…

Sarah Coshan – Pelvic Physiotherapist

Endometriosis isn’t just about lesions or scans.
It’s about how the body responds to ongoing pain.

Sarah will be talking about the role of pelvic physiotherapy in endometriosis care - what it involves, who it’s for, and why it can be a game-changer for many women.

We’ll be covering things like:

• How persistent pain can affect the pelvic floor
• Why muscles sometimes become part of the problem
• And what active, practical treatment can look like

This is one of those sessions where people often say,
“Why didn’t anyone tell me about this sooner?”

We’re so pleased to have Sarah bringing this perspectivemtg

Next up - it's me 🫖

My session is called:
Endometriosis, Inflammation & the Reproductive Environment

After 25 years working in the IVF space, I’ve seen how often endometriosis only becomes a fertility conversation when someone is already in crisis.

On the night, I’ll be talking about how endometriosis affects more than pain - it’s an inflammatory condition, and inflammation shapes the reproductive environment.

We’ll unpack what that actually means for egg quality, embryo development and implantation… and importantly, why endometriosis does not automatically equal infertility.

This is about balance.

How do you manage endometriosis well and still think clearly about reproduction?
When is it time to bring fertility into the GP conversation?
And how do you do that without spiralling into fear?

Because understanding what’s happening inside your body changes the tone of those conversations.

I’m really looking forward to this one.

Next in our Endometriosis line-up…

Lena Jovanovski – Sonographer

Her session is called “Seeing Endometriosis – The Role of Ultrasound.”

For a long time, people were told that endometriosis “can’t be seen” on imaging.

That’s changing.

Lena will be talking about what modern ultrasound can detect, what it can’t, and why the skill of the operator matters more than most people realise.

She’ll also touch on what makes an endometriosis-specific scan different from a routine pelvic ultrasound - and how imaging fits into the bigger diagnostic picture.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’ve had the “right” type of scan… this one is for you.

Practical. Clear. No mystique.

We’re so lucky to have Lena sharing her expertise on the night.

First up in our Endo Chat speaker line-up…

Dr Monique Kanters 👩‍⚕️

Monique is a local GP with a strong focus on women’s health, and she’ll be unpacking what good, evidence-based endometriosis care actually looks like in 2026.

She’ll be talking about:

• How to make your appointments more productive
• Why your symptoms deserve to be taken seriously
• What’s changing in diagnosis
• Why endometriosis care is rarely one-dimensional
• And where medications fit into the bigger picture

If you’ve ever left a consult feeling unsure what to ask next… this session will help.

This is practical, grounded, real-world information - the kind that helps you walk into your next appointment feeling clearer and more confident.

We’re so fortunate to have Monique leading this part of the evening.

Here’s our speaker line-up for next week’s Endometriosis event 👏

Over the next few days I’ll introduce each of them properly and share what they’ll be covering on the night.

If you’ve been to one of our events before, you’ll already know the vibe – practical, evidence-based and packed with actionable steps you can take straight away.

No gate-keeping.
No fluff.
Just honest conversations about women’s health.

And this isn’t just a “women’s issue”.

Bring your brothers.
Your dads.
Your partners.
Your sons.
Your friends.

Because the more people who understand endometriosis, the better support looks in real life.

Let’s start talking about this properly.
