This really hit home for me....
When you're operating from wounded, distorted energy (false yin) and try to "do the right thing" from that place...
It doesn’t matter.
Right action without right alignment is wasted.
This is a time when the big self withdraws and the small self takes over.
The higher self steps back. The wounded parts jump in the driver’s seat.
What This Means for the Work
This pattern happens when:
You’re doing the work, but from your head - not your body or spirit
You’re following a desire or emotion without checking if it’s rooted in truth
You’re in a loop of reacting, numbing, or pushing, instead of returning to stillness
You’re in resistance to discomfort - and so you indulge in surface-level “solutions”
When yin and yang are separated, everything feels off. You’ll try to fix it externally… but nothing clicks.
This is the “false energy” cycle. It creates internal fog.
You lose the clarity that comes from unity of purpose, truth, and spirit.
Embodied Integration: What To Do
This is NOT a time for pushing.
It’s a time for preserving your true energy.
“Get rid of intellectualism. Gather the energy and spirit within.”
It’s about cutting the noise, pulling your awareness inward, and protecting your life force from leaking out through desires, arguments, scrolling, proving, pleasing…
Let it be a time of energetic boundary and restoration.
Let the parts of you that want to perform, fix, or force… be witnessed, but not obeyed.
Instead of fighting the obstruction - become still.
Re-align. Re-root. Let the yang return.
Embodied I Ching Prompt
Where am I pretending things are aligned, but I feel disconnected inside?
What desire am I chasing that might be rooted in false yin?
What would it feel like to stop fixing, and simply gather my energy inward?
This is the season of inner maintenance.
Let the false fall away.
Let the real regroup.
And as the obstruction dissolves, the superior self returns.
