I'm enjoying exploring my creativity by making my own products like these shower steamers.

I've also been playing around with making candles, soothing balms, room sprays, and cleansing sprays.

I'm particularly fond of the room sprays.

They instantly lift the energy of the room.

Essential oils are excellent space cleansers due to their energetic properties and they just smell gosh darn good.

🌷 MYOFASCIAL TRIGGER POINTS 🌷

This is my Mother In Law who has been suffering from sore knees for quite some time now.

To the point that just getting around the house was very painful.

She had a scan done before coming over to Australia and they said that she has Osteoarthritis.

What can often happen when you get scans done is they will find something there but it's not actually the cause of the pain. It's a secondary find.

Most Doctors are not trained in trigger point therapy so it's not something they think of.

Not knowing this, people can get surgery only for the pain to, unfortunately, still be there because it was not the true cause of their condition.

Yesterday, Lynn and I did a session for her where we worked on the trigger points in her quads, hamstrings and calves (we also did a counselling session for the mind-body connection and some reiki on her knees).

Result?

Immediate relief!!

And today, she walked around Australia Zoo with ease and no pain and as you see in the video is able to lift her legs in a way that she hasn't been able to for such a long time.

She said that is something she never thought would be possible.

I have many stories just like Lynn's where I have helped people avoid surgery and ongoing pain by focusing on the trigger points in their muscles.

A beautiful experience at Sundara Skin Studio that has opened up in Langtons Lane, Esk.

I had the winter facial which was much needed after the crazy wind we experienced out here and being in the heating a lot because it's chilly.

I'm looking forward to next appointment where I will be trying the skin needling.

It can feel deflating when you feel you aren't where you want to be in life.

That you're not getting anywhere with your goals, hopes or dreams.

But perhaps you're further than you think your are and if you just stay the course with that diet, that career change, that project etc you will see the breakthrough!

Don't give up.

Keep taking one step at a time.

Open and close the doors as necessary and trust that what is meant for you is on it's way if you believe it's possible.

A caterpillar doesn't know its about to fly. It just trusts the path ahead.

(perhaps the caterpillar does know 😅 who am I to say what it thinks but you get the gist 🦋)
