๐Ÿ’ป Working from home or at the office? Your posture matters!

Here are some simple tips to help you maintain good posture throughout your workday:

- Position the bottom 1/3rd of your screen at eye level (this makes having poor neck posture less comfortable)
- Feet flat on the floor
- Your chair should position your hips to be slightly higher than your knees*
- Shoulders relaxed and back, elbows supported
- Take regular stand-up breaks! Sitting in the same position compresses one side of your lower back discs which can cause them to dehydrate and dessicate - kind of like rubber that's been left in the sun too long
- Ensure your chair supports your lower back
