📸 Calling All Photographers & Videographers Walk With Us for Mental Health Awareness (Su***de Prevention)
On Sunday, 14 September at 2pm in Kings Park, my team and I will be walking 9 km in support of su***de prevention and mental health awareness.
This one is deeply personal. Like many families, mine has been touched by su***de. I know the silence, the heartbreak, and the unanswered questions it leaves behind. And I also know the power of community, compassion, and the human mind when it is supported, nurtured, and given tools to heal.
I know many that have reached out to and helped them keep going. Over the years, both personally and in my work, I have come to understand how fragile the human mind can feel under pressure and yet how incredibly powerful it becomes when we learn to master our mindset, regulate our emotions, and lean into support. That is why I wrote Empowered Minds, because no one should have to walk through the darkness alone.
This walk is for all of us, for those who are struggling quietly, for those we have lost, and for those still searching for hope.
We are calling on photographers, videographers, and creatives to help us capture this walk, the emotion, the solidarity, the humanity of standing side by side for such a vital cause.
💙 In return, we will acknowledge and celebrate your work across our platforms, and together we will create something that not only documents this walk but also shines a light for others who need it.
👉 If you or someone you know would love to contribute your talent and heart to this cause, please tag them here.
Let us walk together, let us speak openly, and let us continue building a legacy of hope.
All funds go directly to Lifeline. Any donations above $2 are tax deductible in Australia.
Our team is walking in Out of the Shadows for Lifeline to ensure no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
