Strive To Thrive Support is seeking a compassionate and motivated Lifestyle Support Worker to join our amazing team in Mount Isa.

What We’re Looking For:
• A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
• Passion for supporting people to live their best lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting clients in their daily living, social and community participation, and working alongside them to achieve their goals and thrive.
