Well Alleviate Physio has crossed the finish line of 2025 and we are officially on holiday until January 6th.

I am pleased to report the business has had another successful year. I generate referrals from all walks of life and enjoy the variety of work a rural generalist is exposed to. Thank you to every referral or recommendation anyone has sent my way - I am eternally grateful and blessed for the work and thrilled to be able to offer you a professional, timely, local service,

This year I will be focusing my Professional Development around Musculoskeletal manual therapy, this will be brilliant for those sore/tight muscles, tendons and joints. I will continue my upkeep of the latest Women’s Health breakthroughs and I will commence some great online Paediatrics training to continue supporting all the tiny little people I see.

Finally I would love to give a big shout out to my fabulous patients!! You are all such great people and without you and your ongoing support Alleviate wouldnt be thriving like it is.

I genuinely look forward to working with you all in 2026 and wish you a peaceful, happy Christmas and New Year.

The clinic will be back up and running from the 6th January. Current patients will be advised of their January appointments between Christmas and NY.

Thanks again everyone from the bottom of my heart. I couldn’t do it without my beautiful patients who give me the opportunity to keep my passion for physiotherapy alive and well .

Take care of each other
All my Love Lynda

I just wanted to apologise to all those people I have, reluctantly, turned away in the past few weeks πŸ˜”πŸ˜”
Saying β€˜no’ to someone who is suffering when I know I have the skills and knowledge to help goes right against the grain and I am truly sorry.
But unfortunately my diary is literally overflowing and I have had no choice. Thank you to everyone for your messages, enquires and support. Don’t stop contacting me, I can’t promise anything but you never know if you’ll be that right person at the right time πŸ’œπŸ₯°

Hey to all the new mums or soon to be mums out there!!

I am currently taking booking for all post-natal check-ups. This includes checking pelvic floor function, abdominal muscle separation and management of perineal tears, bladder and bowel dysfunction.

Also don’t forget if you haven’t delivered yet I can also see you late in your pregnancy to give post-natal advice and education prior to the birth.

Don’t hesitate to contact me via phone, text, messenger or email to discuss what I can do for you.

Cheers Lynda πŸ₯°
