Naomi Ivanov - Mum+Me I'm a Health and Nutrition Coach working my way through habit change to inspire and encourage you to become the healthiest and happiest version of yourself!

I am a mum and I love it, but sometimes we need a space for ourselves. I've created this page so that I can share with you a little of what sets a spark in my soul; and that is helping others achieve a happy and healthy life for yourself and your family. I have been working towards leading a chemical, additive, preservative, toxin and all other nasties free life (as best I can!) for the past couple of years and want to share and to continue to share what I have found works for me and my family. I would love for you all to contribute where you can as I want us all to be able to benefit from what each of us has to offer and to help keep us all accountable. It may be a funny meme, inspirational quote, delicious sugar free treat, great meal that the kids actually ate, new ab exercise, what's happening in the community, how we're entertaining the kids this holidays, new chemical free products you've found... whatever! This used to be me on Sunday afternoon making treats for the fam for the week... Last weekend they decided they wanted to make their own treats 🤷‍♀️ After these experiments actually tasted pretty good, they wanted to make their own again this week 🙌 Zoe’s are almond meal and coconut and Holly’s are (way too much cacao) chocolate 😂
They taste great though! Hope this trend continues into a desire to make dinner as well 😝

Pumpkin and Kale Rolls 👌
I sautéed onion, garlic, ginger and some chopped mushrooms. Then added baked pumpkin pieces, chopped kale and cashew cheese. Rolled it in pastry and yum! Thursday night dinner 😍

These were an experiment - which is how most of my baking rolls 😂 They’re delicious 😉
Recipe:
2 cups of almond meal
1 cup of coconut
1/4 cup of rice malt syrup
2 tbsp of peanut butter (you can use home made or today I used Mayvers crunchy)
2 tbsp of cacao nibs
1 tbsp of coconut oil
I mixed them slowly in the thermie.
Then rolled some into balls and baked some as cookies. The cookies are a little crumbly 🤷‍♀️ But both varieties taste super yum 😍

Trying out some new recipes for the coming cooler months.... I’ve been working on a little something to help boost immunity and inspire change or consistency when it’s cold! ❄️
Recipe:
Sauté 1 small chopped onion, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, a 2.5cm piece of grated ginger and 1 small red capsicum in a little olive oil or veggie stock.
Once soft, add 1 chopped med-large sweet potato, 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter, 1 chopped medium tomato and 2 cups of water or veggie stock. Once the potato is soft, blend with a stick blender or transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with some fresh greens on top! It’s delicious with some rye sourdough 🙌
For added immune boosting and anti-inflammatory goodness add a little turmeric and black pepper - perfect 👌
