We’re already in the last weeks of February,
and if I’m honest… January felt like a gentle warm-up 😅

So, instead of rushing ahead, I want to pause here. ✋️

What’s one thing you’re proud of so far this year?

It doesn’t have to be big or loud.
It might be getting through a hard season.
Choosing yourself.
Resting when you normally push through,
Speaking up,
saying no,
just being a mum and enjoying a quiet coffee...
Pride doesn’t have to mean perfection.
Sometimes it’s just acknowledging, I’m still here, and I’m trying.
