All I’ve been reading lately isn’t really about New Year’s resolutions ... it’s softer than that. It’s people quietly declaring how they want to make changes, shift their focus, and choose differently this year.
Less pressure, more intention. And it’s made me wonder how often we promise 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚, without tending to what’s happening 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣.
Our energy, our nervous system, our emotional world these shape how we show up far more than appearances ever could.
𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 is supported, clarity settles in, confidence grows, and life begins to feel steadier and more aligned.

As 2026 unfolds, the way I work is becoming more intentional, more spacious, and more aligned.
I’m choosing to work with the right people... those who feel genuinely ready to meet themselves, to soften, to heal, and to move forward with honesty and care. Not rushed healing. Not surface work. Real, heart-led support.
Over time, I’ve been guided to create something quietly powerful and Spirit-led ...a unique way of working that blends several healing modalities, held in a way that’s grounded, safe, and nurturing.
It’s not something everyone needs… but for the right person, it can be profoundly supportive.

I can’t tell you how often I see this in my healing sessions…

2025 stripped the layers.
I let myself be seen, raw and real, just as I am.
I lost another loved one,
I didn’t let Grief define me
Instead, I chose life.
I danced more
I travelled more
I let go of people I no longer aligned with,
without anger, without apology.
I spoke my truth
I started a podcast with my bestie,
two souls talking Spirit and life, unfiltered.
I inspired and mentored others,
not from perfection, but from lived experience.
I demonstrated mediumship my way
heart-led, honest, no performance.
I aligned and met with other mediums,
finding my community where once there was solitude.
I stepped deeper into healing work,
answering the call instead of questioning it.
When others would step away,
I stayed.
And somewhere in all of that,
the loss, the unsteadiness, laughter, the courage, the choosing
I found myself.
Unapologetically.
happiness isn’t something I chase
Happiness is me.
Bring on 2026, where I show up more, help more, and continue walking alongside incredible humans. ✨️

WE DON'T HAVE TO TAKE IT ALL WITH US....Release doesn’t have to be dramatic.
Sometimes it’s just a quiet thank you… and a goodbye.
After my regression healing session with Glenda, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and clarity. 𝐒𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, why things had unfolded the way they had, and I was able to do a lot of healing around it all. I was also able to let go of outcomes, something I’ve struggled to do in the past, and gained a deeper understanding of myself through the regression.
I was extremely anxious about Christmas, especially with family matters and what might arise. Glenda’s words, guidance, and reassurance stayed with me, and everything she shared about how Christmas would play out came true.

Wishing a heartfelt Merry Christmas 2025 to all my fellow mediums, healers, and psychics.
Well, here we are, my beautiful soul group. And what a year it has been.
A true roller-coaster of emotions, growth, healing, and expansion the kind that stretches you, softens you, and quietly changes you from the inside out. I know it certainly did for me.
Once again, I surprised myself, stepping up and stepping out through demonstrations, events, readings, and healings. Spirit had plans, and I said yes.
This year also marked the birth of something very special 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝙇𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙙𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙩 created alongside my spiritual brother DavidH Spiritual Medium. What had began as a simple idea grew into a space of connection, laughter, honesty, and deep conversation. Finding our voices, building confidence, meeting incredible fellow mediums… and discovering that people truly resonated with what we had to share. Who knew? Spirit did, clearly.
Many of you experienced deep healing this year through regression work and sound healing that I offered. Some of you I had the absolute honour of teaching, guiding, and walking beside as you stepped into your own growth.
My mediumship expanded, friendships bloomed, and Spirit kept opening doors I didn’t even know existed.
I am endlessly grateful for David for the laughter, the banter, and the joy he brings and for our fairy godfather , who we love dearly and feel so blessed to work alongside.
To every soul who has followed, liked, commented, shared, sat with me in session, or trusted me to bridge the two worlds and connect you with your loved ones in Spirit ✨️ 𝕋𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝕐𝕠𝕦!
It is a privilege I never take lightly.
