2025…what a year! My first year running my own business, living down the beach and working for two incredible clinics that have taught me so much.

It’s been a big year of growth, with some ups and downs - one of the busiest years I’ve had, still navigating some health issues behind the scenes, but finding my true passion and loving every minute of it 🌿

My NY resolution this year? To slow down and keep doing the things I love ✨

How blessed I am that I get to do this everyday! This beauty came to me with TSW affecting her whole body, and was in so much pain and discomfort. We supported her skin barrier, addressed underlying infections and supported her detoxification pathways and nervous system. The first photo was taken in June, and the second today! Watching her thrive after such a difficult journey has been phenomenal, I am forever in awe of my TSW patients - so strong and resilient!

Have you thought about how unresolved trauma might be holding you back from optimal physical health?

When our body is stuck in fight or flight mode due to chronic stress, it doesn’t prioritise every day functions like detoxification, digestion, hormone balance and homeostasis.

If we are unable to process a traumatic life event or experience, we store associated emotions in our somatic body and sub conscious mind, creating every day triggers that we often aren’t aware of, but show up as anxiety or tension.

Trauma therapy such as EMDR and TRTP allows you to process these emotions in a safe space to reduce triggers and associated symptoms, improving quality of life and overall health 🌿

We are told from a young age that pain, discomfort and PMS is just part of having a cycle - but just because it’s common, doesn’t mean it’s normal.

If you are experiencing debilitating period pain, PMS or PMDD, heavy or irregular periods, this is your body’s way of telling you something is off. We need to advocate for ourselves, because a week of suffering every month isn’t normal.
