I am looking at resuming practices very soon and will post further updates as I get organised..

I am taking some extended time out as I need to focus on my wellbeing while I work my way through some personal issues.

YOGA UPDATE:

Hi everyone, just a quick update regarding Yoga classes..
I had a go at practicing and am still not ready..
As it will be December next week, and school holidays are coming very soon, I have decided to resume practicing in January.

I will post with a date closer to the time.

Hi all,

Just a quick update..

Im recovering well from my 8 1/2 hour surgery 😳😳,
and am slowly bouncing back...

I still have a small issue with a slow healing wound, but I hope to be back practicing in the third week of November..

I will be putting new and improved signage back up in preparation, so keep a lookout and also check this page for any updates..

Hi all,

To avoid any confusion about practice times and days, I am temporarily removing my signage while I am on a break from practicing.

I hope to be reovered enough to return to practicing sometime in November.

Before this happens, I will be putting out new and improved signs, and will post to stay in touch.

If anyone wants to catch up for a cuppa or a chinwag or needs any advice or assistance in th meantime, please reach out, I’d love to see you.

My surgery is this Friday, so I’m a bit excited, terrified, the entire spectrum actually!

YOGA POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Hi everyone,

I had shared that Yoga was resuming this week but in the awareness that I have too many moving parts going on at the moment with work, Trent’s recovery, my upcoming surgery and ongoing health issues, and still not having a car because of the Rav having been written off, I have opted to take some time for myself.

This post is to advise that there will be no Yoga until at least November once I have recovered from this next round of surgery.

I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience and am truly grateful for your ongoing support.

Please feel free to keep in touch, drop me a line, call, or pop in for a cuppa..

Hi all.
Im back in hospital with my recurring issues.
Rather than be unreliable and cancelling at the last moment, Yoga is postponed until I am feeling better.
