SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
Is a great way to unwind and melt away the stress.
Relax while you listen to the pure tones ,allowing your body to find harmonic resonance with the frequencies and vibrations.

Giving you an overall feeling of calmness and wellness.

I offer these sessions every fortnight at Lorna's BlackCat Studio, 61 Morgan St Mount Morgan.

This Thursday 20th March there will be two sessions to choose from, 9am or 11am.

Cost is $10 cash please

Bring along your mat, quilt, pillows, blanket or chair, whatever you will be comfortable with for 1hour.

Done in a safe and accepting environment within a small group.

I’m offering two sessions, 9.30am and 11am, both run for 1hr.

Bring along your quilt or yoga mat, pillows, blankets or chair, whatever you need to sit or lay comfortably for the session.

$10 cash per person please
