Thank you to everyone who attended my sound bath last night, you all recieved the healing frequencies so beautifully 🙏🏻

Special thanks to Kirra for the venue and helping set up and pack down, it wouldn’t have been possible without you lovely.

Lorna thank you for leading us in a beautiful fire and drum ceremony.

River thank you for all your help also.

Adults only event

It’s almost here, Tuesday 17th Feb , 7pm at The Mount Morgan Art Gallery, East st , Sound bath and fire ceremony to bring in the Chinese new year.

This is a free event.

I’m proud to be bringing people’s awareness to the beautiful practice of immersing yourself in harmonic and balancing natural tones with a sound bath.

All that is required of you is to lay or sit in stillness .

So please bring your mats , quilts, pillows , blankets, blow up mattresses or chair , whatever you require to be comfortable for an hour.

After our sound bath you will be invited to stay and take part in our fire ceremony.

I’m honoured to be joined by Lorna Walters who will lead us in this.

We will start inside with quiet reflection as we write on our snakes what it is we are leaving behind and shedding .

Under the guidance of Lorna we will then move to the fire pit for the release of what no longer serves us and the calling in of the fire horse energy so that we may step forward with clarity and confidence for the coming months.

After a grounding ceremony to honour the new moon and fire horse we will have drumming and singing. You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Sunday sound meditation has a new time, now at 9am to avoid the heat and allow for a day of rest and rejuvenation before the new week begins.

SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
Is a great way to unwind and melt away the stress.
Relax while you listen to the pure tones ,allowing your body to find harmonic resonance with the frequencies and vibrations.

Giving you an overall feeling of calmness and wellness.

I offer these sessions every fortnight at Lorna's BlackCat Studio, 61 Morgan St Mount Morgan.

This Thursday 20th March there will be two sessions to choose from, 9am or 11am.

Cost is $10 cash please

Bring along your mat, quilt, pillows, blanket or chair, whatever you will be comfortable with for 1hour.

Done in a safe and accepting environment within a small group.
