FREE PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

Do you hold one of the following?
• Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
• Centrelink Health Care Card
• Queensland Government Seniors Card

Did you know the Spectacle Supply Scheme (SSS) provides eligible Queensland residents with a pair of basic prescription spectacles for free, once every two years?

The Scheme provides a complete set of spectacles for both adults and children, including basic frames & lenses (single vision distance and near or 1 pair of bifocals).

All you need to do is have your eyes tested. Please check with our friendly Optometrists & dispensers for terms & conditions, we are happy to assist you and your family with the application.
* $40 Administration Service fee applies for lodgment of application.

Eye testing is available at Vision Precinct Mt Ommaney
Monday to Saturday from 9-5.
Thursday late night - 9-9.
We are located opposite from LOWES.
