Meet Amy Ross

Amy graduated with her Doctorate of Physiotherapy from Curtin University in 2024, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Western Australia in 2019, and a degree in Exercise, Sport and Rehabilitation Science from Curtin University in 2021.
With over six years of experience in exercise and rehabilitation at an exercise physiology clinic, Amy has developed a strong passion for working closely with individuals to help them reach their goals, whether that’s improving daily function or excelling in their chosen sport. She believes in a collaborative approach to treatment, emphasizing active listening, open communication, and empowering patients through education, hands-on therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation to achieve their goals.
Amy’s interests span across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports performance, and injury prevention. She is experienced in personalised programs to help patients return to function and perform at their best.
Outside of the clinic, Amy is passionate about endurance sports, with a particular focus on cycling. She has also competed in ultra running, triathlons, CrossFit, Olympic lifting (OLY), and dressage, bringing a wealth of experience in both performance and recovery. Amy’s personal experience with these sports gives her a unique understanding of the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
