My journey to Clinical Hypnotherapy. Subsequently being involved in the development, project and change management and implementation of national health screening programs and product development of medical technology globally. It literally blew my mind! - Make it your alone time to destress and gather your thoughts
- Walk with a friend or a find a walking group
- If you don't have a dog maybe a neighbour will let you take their dog for a walk occasionally. I'm sure the dog won't mind. You may even make new acquaintances at the dog park.

Learn to Love and Appreciate your Body. Research has repeatedly shown that people who dislike their bodies are less likely to lose weight. Take a few simple steps to boost your body image.
- Find a movement or exercise you enjoy and get moving
- Do something for yourself perhaps have a massage or a new hairdo
- Surround yourself with positive people
- Stop comparing yourself to others, particularly 'model types' in the media
- Wear clothes you like and fit you well
