🫁✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱!✨

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱:
“Is the lung part of a continuous fascial-organ system that communicates with the rest of the body?”

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
*Hyaluronic acid (HA) formed a seamless network through all lung compartments, connecting with vessel walls and nerve sheaths linking directly to the global fascial system.

*Tiny airborne carbon particles travelled through this connective network — inside and beyond the lungs!

*Mouse lungs showed similar organization but lacked HA in alveolar walls, a subtle species difference in fascial architecture.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:
The study shows that interstitial spaces are communication highways between organs; pathways through which inflammation, infection or cancer may spread (even hinting at a fascial link between the lung and brain).

As party season ramps up, stay comfortable and safe!

I cannot begin to express how horrible high-heeled shoes are for the body!

What they do to the body in incredibly shocking. For starters, look at the compression weight-bearing load into the metatarsal heads!
And once the first metatarsophalangeal joint is compromised, toe-off during the gait cycle is compromised, which then leads to lack of hip joint motion, leading to tight hip flexors and tight hip extensors.
And the weight shift forward (after all, it is like standing on a downhill slope) is often compensated for by increased anterior pelvic tilt, which then causes hyperlordosis of the lumbar spine with facet jamming (ouch! low back pain!), and then hyperkyphosis of the thoracic spine, with forward-head posture, tight cervicocranial extensor musculature and likely tension headaches; and protraction of the shoulder girdles and medially rotated humeri, with increased chance of shoulder impingement syndrome, etc. etc. etc…! 😫😫😫
oh… and tight plantar flexors and night calf cramps. 😫😫

I Am Making a Home Inside Myself

A shelter of kindness where everything is forgiven, everything allowed—a quiet patch of sunlight to stretch out without hurry,
where all that has been banished and buried is welcomed, spoken, listened to—released.

A fiercely friendly place I can claim as my very own.
I am throwing arms open to the whole of myself—especially the fearful, fault-finding, falling apart, unfinished parts, knowing
every seed and w**d, every drop of rain, has made the soil richer.

I will light a candle, pour a hot cup of tea, gather
around the warmth of my own blazing fire. I will howl

any perceived problem, any prescribed perfectionism,
any lying limitation, every heavy thing.

You are safe to FEEL everything. The moment you remember that everything you are experiencing is merely energy and never designed to hurt you, but instead just be felt, you begin to experience your life with more flow, ease, grace and empowerment.
