Perimenopause is not a diagnosis.
It’s not something to be fixed.
It’s a transition.
A natural one.
And the fearmongering that has flooded social media in the last few years is doing more damage than it is helping.

You don’t need to be terrified of your body. You don’t need to grind yourself into the ground at 5am. You don’t need to be on a patch from 32 to feel okay.

What you need is to learn how to work with your body, not against it. And honestly? This phase of life can be the most powerful one you’ve lived. If you stop being afraid of it.

Something is coming for the women who are ready to stop fearing midlife and start owning it. Stay close.

Some of the ones doing my head in lately:
    •    “You need to be on hormones from 32 or you’ll fall apart”
    •    “Just get up at 5am and grind harder”
    •    “Here are the 85 symptoms of perimenopause you need to be terrified of”
    •    “Your body is breaking down and there’s nothing you can do about it”

But let me say this clearly:
Burnout is not normal.
It might be common…
But it’s not the life you’re here to live.

It’s boring.
And it’s stripping you of:

I’ve worked with women for over 20 years in clinic…
And I see it every single day.

Week 1 of Wild Woman Awakening… and already, everything is shifting.

We didn’t start with pushing harder.
We didn’t start with fixing anything.
We started by coming home.

After a simple practice of landing in the body, one woman shared something that made my heart burst open:

“I haven’t connected with my body for so long.
And when I did… I realised there was no pain.
I’m not that woman with chronic back pain anymore.
I feel excited for what’s ahead.”

Let that land.

So many women are living from the neck up —
disconnected, bracing, holding…
identifying with symptoms, diagnoses, stories that once were true.

But the body?

She’s not frozen in time.
She’s constantly changing. Healing. Evolving.
And when you finally slow down enough to feel her —
