💚 heartfelt gratitude to all my clients and colleagues for their patience, understanding and concern whilst I recently had a quite severe case of influenza B. All 4 of us in the Fogarty family were unwell, with me almost constantly bedridden and off work for 2x weeks.

Thank you also to Julia Nyland from Calm Focus Massage 💆🏼‍♀️ for not only taking care of my clients when I was unable to, but hand delivering quiche and Metagenics supplements from Dr Quinton Webb to my doorstep, and “Nurse Emma” for her check ins and rescheduling assistance.

Also to Bettina and Tamika at Getaway Day Spa for seeing some of my clients there too.

I’m also thankful for the journey. Being so completely unwell and un “able” to do anything but rest, hydrate, nurture, nourish and HOLD my children dropped me from yang energy deeper into a yin state than any meditation 🧘‍♂️ or mindfulness practice has ever done before.

We don’t need our bodies or our health or the universe to stop us in our tracks to pause, rest and reset.
