I am happy, healthy, and have a fully booked out diary for weeks. I absolutely love the work I do as well as people I support. What a bonus that in return I get blessed with plants, flowers, homemade meals and treats. So many thanks to you 🥰

So important to understand how this works 🙌

You may be familiar with the equation, Pain = Sensation + Fear.

To break this down, you can think of neuroplastic pain as though there is a volume k**b in your brain. 🔊

If this volume k**b gets turned up, you will interpret sensations as louder than they are. 📢

And what determines whether this volume k**b gets turned up or turned down is how much danger your brain thinks there is! ⚠️

🌪️1 week after Cyclone Alfred and our birds are back on the mountain! 🦉

Still no power for us (estimated reconnection Sunday 16th) but it's nice to pull out the DSLR and film again. Wishing you mindfulness and self care during these difficult times x
