Try this.

Palms up… notice the breath.
Palms down… notice what changes.

Now sit in Chin Mudra or Prithvi Mudra… and observe again.

Same breath. Same body.
But it doesn’t feel the same.

Nothing is being forced.
The body responds.

That’s where your yoga practice starts.

Corporate Yoga sessions are fun to participate in and even more fun to teach 🙏

This isn't calming breathwork. This is activating.
Bhastrika is used to:
• build heat in the body
• move stagnant energy
• sharpen focus
• clear mental fog
Best for when your system needs a reset.
How to do Bhastrika
• Sit tall
• Inhale through the nose as you lift the arms up and exhale through the nose as you drop the arms down
• Keep it rhythmic and even
• Start with 3 rounds of 15
Important
If you feel dizzy, stop.
This should feel energising, not overwhelming.
Avoid if pregnant, high blood pressure,

Your jaw isn’t just about your mouth. It’s connected to how your whole body moves.

Clench it, and you’ll feel restriction show up somewhere else. In your shoulders. Your breath. Your range.

Relax it, and movement changes immediately.

Most people are walking around holding tension in their jaw without even realising it. Then they wonder why their body feels tight.

In your practice, start paying attention to the small things.

Unclench your jaw.
Soften your face.
Let your breath move freely.

You’re not as tight as you think. Your body just doesn’t feel safe to let go.

Most neck tension isn’t coming from your neck.

It’s from how you hold your body all day. Screens. Sitting. Subtle tension that never really switches off.

This isn’t a stretch.

It takes pressure off the neck, lets the muscles stop gripping, and gives your system a chance to reset.

Do it regularly and your neck will feel different.

Simple. Consistent. That’s what works.

It looks simple, but most people skip it because it doesn’t feel like enough.

It calms my nervous system, takes pressure off my lower back, and helps my body actually switch off.

Try it daily for a week and notice the difference.

This is the impact of yoga.
You show up.
You practice mindfully.
You put in the effort.
The rest just follows. ….

Most people think they just need to stretch more.

So they keep stretching… and keep feeling tight.

It’s frustrating.

Because the issue isn’t always flexibility.

If the body doesn’t feel supported or in control, it won’t let go.

That’s when the same areas keep holding on.

Just for laughs… but there is small element of truth in it. My sole objective as a yoga teacher is to help you in any way I can. ❤️

It isn’t.
