Studio Classes at Mount Waverley: We focus on teaching classes in small groups in a warm and friendly environment. Lessons are taught in a small class (maximum 5) whereby individual attention is provided. Your Yoga lesson will be tailored to suit your age, flexibility and skill level, while taking into account any injuries or issues in the body. The classes are kept small and individual attention and correction of technique is emphasized. Corporate Classes : Bringing Yoga to your workplace. Practice Yoga in your meeting room before work, during lunch or after work.

Lunchtime corporate session in Melbourne today.

Instead of staying at their desks, this team chose to move. The focus was releasing tight shoulders, hips and backs, improving posture, and steadying the breath. I closed the session with a short sound healing meditation so everyone could return to work clearer and calmer.

Happy New Year 🤍
I’m back from my holidays in Kenya. It was home, family, and a long-awaited reunion all rolled into one. After eight years, we finally reunited as a family in Nairobi. Watching the cousins connect, laugh, and enjoy each other was really special. Time with my aging in-laws, long conversations, and plenty of laughter with my nieces and nephew made it a trip I’ll always remember.
The trip also came with a sequence of unfortunate events. What stayed with me most was how at every step, things were taken care of. It felt like the universe had my back, not because nothing went wrong, but because each situation came with a solution, the right help, or the right timing. A reminder that when you’re placed in a situation, the universe often meets you there too.
We also spent time in the national park. Seeing animals free and living in their natural habitat is always humbling and such a privilege. I’ve shared a few of those moments here, along with some photos of the full Chauhan clan.
Family, nature, challenges, and perspective….it all made the trip deeply grounding and a beautiful way to start the year.
Classes have started and I’m back on the mat. Dying to hear your stories, catch up properly, and help you work out all the kinks from the break. Can’t wait to see you all again 🧡

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads in our yoga family! We know that dad life is basically one long warrior pose - holding steady while everything happens around you. Whether you join us on the mat, support from the sidelines, or hold things down at home so your partner can prioritize their wellbeing - we see you and appreciate you. Thanks for understanding that taking care of ourselves helps us take better care of our families.

The most beautiful moments were spent with my parents. Although the trip was short—just six days—what a privilege it was to feel like a child again, pampered with gifts, cuddles, and home-cooked meals. We even managed to squeeze in an early celebration for Mummy’s upcoming 80th birthday.

I also had the rare opportunity to meet with Gurudev at the ashram and see him every day. A few precious moments together, a few words exchanged, and then to receive his blessing—so profound.

I’ve returned from India feeling completely full: my heart overflowing with gratitude and my stomach satisfied (along with a few extra kilos to show for it!). These pictures capture the essence of our six days at the ashram and with my parents perfectly.

I’m feeling rested, rejuvenated, and incredibly happy. Yoga classes resume this Sunday at 9am, so get ready to unroll your mats and reconnect with your practice!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

These smaller groups cater for individual attention in order to correct and perfect the right technique for each pose. Each Yoga session is tailored to suit your group’s age, flexibility and skill, whilst taking into account your abilities and physical restrictions.
