Tip Tuesday — Driving posture
Your steering wheel isn’t a chin rest 😉
And your spine definitely notices when long drives turn into long slouches.
When you’re behind the wheel:
✔ Keep your head stacked over your shoulders
✔ Bring the seat closer to the wheel instead of reaching forward
✔ Soften your shoulders and keep a gentle bend in your elbows
✔ Hips and knees level for calmer, happier joints
Extra tip:
✔️ Take regular breaks — try not to drive for longer than an hour without stopping. Hop out, stretch, and reset your posture.
Small adjustments = less tension and a much more comfortable drive.
Your spine will thank you all the way home. 🚗
