Hot yoga classes at Sense Of Solis Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience.

Jessmyn will help you to take your practice where you'd like to go. Please talk with Jess if you have any questions, or physical limitations, and we will recommend a class for you. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice -- your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs

A lot of people think the hot yoga I teach is bikram, it’s not at all, the room is set to 30c not 40c like bikram, and we flow - it’s vinyasa.
Bikram teaches 26 hatha yoga postures - the same ones every class - my classes you’ll never do the same flow twice, it’s always a different sequence every time you come.

Bookings are available on the link in my bio - every Sunday at 8.30am and you can book four weeks ahead.

Class is $25 cash and spots are limited.

If there’s enough interest I can hold a beginners class on a Sunday too, just dm me and we can chat more about it.
