Eco & Art Therapies Eco & Art Psychotherapist, Counsellor and a fellow human being who cares enough to care! A Session looks like this:
Initial check-in, session focus and goals.

I facilitate this space with the client through either Talk therapy, Art therapy and/or Ecotherapy. Choice of technique, art materials and symbology can be used. In each session the same or different techniques are used, each giving their own special response which is different each time and for each individual. Sometimes it might just be primarily talk therapy or primarily creative expression or eco based or a combination. During the last quarter of the session, there is a further exploration that is very personal to each client. As an art therapist, we may see and understand things that the client has communicated through their art and it is the clients own underlying meaning and symbology from where they draw their answers being very personal and influenced their own life experiences.

Aqua Limina: The Pulse of Water, Creek to Coast is an exhibition curated by GC Creative Events focused on the liminal zones where freshwater meets saltwater, urbanity meets nature, and Indigenous ways of knowing intersect with modern expansionism, Aqua Limina aims to redefine water as a living, wild entity. The exhibition will take place in March 2026.
