The Planet is moving through a HUGE shift in consciounsess. We have been going though this for thousands of years.

What does this mean?

What has been in the shadows (not seen) will start to be seen over and over and over again.

This is occuring both internally (within yourself) and externally (In the world).

Why?

Becuase you can not shift out of anything you can not see. You and I, and the entire world, have to see what we are in in order to shift into something new.

How do we shift into somethng new?

We must start with ourselves. If we can put the priority on our own inner “shadow” (truama, thoughts, emotions, behaviors) and begin to “heal” it throgh compassionate acceptance, we will BE in new ways in our life.

And as the world’s shadow (greed, corruption, contorl, manipualtion) continues to be shown to us, we will BE in new ways with it as well.

I don’t know how this all plays out, but I do know one thing, each of us must choose to BE in new ways with an open heart, compassion, the ability to listen, and to no longer respond with fear and anger but understanding and remmebrnace.

We are not in control of this natural process of evolution. Let it fall apart.
We are in conrotl of how we BE during it. And regardles of anything else, every single moment of yoru life and humanity’s colective life is gifting us the opportitnuty to see the shadow and change the way we BE in this world.

Being (how you choose to be in the world)

I love how Bowen is great for everyone!
Kids love it and it’s gentle for our elders🌟

Sometimes, massage can be too much.

Practitioners have found that people with conditions such as MS, Fibromyalgia or Cerebral Palsy may find massage too stimulating.

Those who have suffered trauma can find the intimacy of massage too intense.

People receiving chemotherapy, seniors or those suffering mental illness, may find it too uncomfortable.

That's not to say bodywork can't be of benefit!

Bowen therapy is non-invasive, gentle on bodies and can be performed through clothing.

Try both to see what's right for you and your body.
