🔸Wind Down: After the excitement it's time to relax. We'll head to the ice baths and the pool for some gentle breathwork and myofascial release techniques to help you feel refreshed and revitalised.

🔸Fireside Reflections: As we begin to wind down, we'll gather around the fire for some lunch, a yarn circle and reflections, on what's sure to be a deeply immersive and memorable experience together.

🔸Catered Meal: During our fireside yarn circle wind-up, we'll enjoy a delicious catered lunch together. It's a time to refuel, recharge, and savor the connections we've made throughout the day. Specific dietary requirements can be catered to.
