Well what an amazing experience. This retreat offered an escape from the stresses of everyday life and allowed each individual to reconnect with nature in the hot springs, rejuvenate their minds with Mindfulness and strengthen their bodies with Pilates all the while sampling the Vietnamese food and culture. Thank you to everyone that came you certainly made it a trip to remember 🙏🏻

Well that's a wrap for 2024. Fishing off the afternoon classes with some champagne while exercising (winning). A massive thank you to everyone who walked through my doors to make themselves the better version of themselves. You're the reason I keep creating and striving to bring you the best classes. We are so proud of Sarah she has come so far in the last year and it shows in not only her Pilates practice but her belief in herself. Consistency is the key to everything and it shows here from a broken person to the Pilates rockstar.
