Going back to the year 2013. Ken had a little bit of hair on his face.

Yesterday Wheelchairs and Stuff staff attended a training day with Sunrise Medical concentrating on updates and improvements to the Quickie range of products. Pictured is Ken with Errol Hyde, Quickie ambassador for Australia, discussing the RT Shark Handcycle and what a buzz Errol has riding it.

I stole Ken’s specialised wheelchair cushion.

This is a ROHO cushion. It comes in a cover and has many different designs to suit users needs. ROHO cushions use individual air cells that can be adjusted to provide very high levels of pressure distribution. If you sit in a wheelchair for long periods of time or at high risk of pressure injury this may be the cushion for you. Please note: They must be set up correctly & regularly checked. Only use under the guidance of a health professional.
