As we are to welcome our little love into the world any day now, I have/will be taking some precious time to sit with our new family life.

I would like to share my deepest appreciation for all of the clients I have had the pleasure of meeting over the past couple of years in Mullumbimby.

Just as I have given my all in supporting you, you have also supported me and my family through a time of transition.

Your openness and vulnerability inspires me everyday to live authentically and from a place of heart/true love.

Kids gone a little nuts??

Yeh, mine too!

What better way to meet those big feelings with LOVE & KINDNESS.

Simple, right? HA! Yeh, right!!

Best we (as parents/guardians) diffuse our triggers and let & let our kids just be..... well, kids.

BIG EMOTIONS don't need to be stopped, fixed or avoided.

Unfortunately many of us grow up swallowing our emotions as we are not able to freely express them.

AND guess where they end up?

Yup, deep down in our bodies.

Niggling shoulder pain, what may you be carrying around with you still??

Let's work together in diffusing those triggers that cause us to feel overwhelmed by those big emotions and draw out the emotions we have hidden away.

By working on ourselves, we change the ways in which we respond to situations & in turn we create a healthier environment for all.

I have such a deep love for working with children and teens..

I mean, it's hard being young!
Especially when the world around us has gone a little nuts.

I feel so blessed when clients bring their children in to see me.

These kiddies are our future. Lets make space for them to shine bright, while taking on the world in their own, unique way..
