Jaw, Eyes, Pelvis ~ We start tomorrow!

Hi dear movers, explorers, friends.

Winter is coming and that often makes our bodies shrink, protecting from the cold.
Feldenkrais method is a great way to release and let go of any unnecessary holding. It brings us into ease, improves sleeping and breathing, transforming the way we move and relate to the world. Enough reasons to invite you for this new creation: 6 weeks winter series bringing awareness to the connections between Jaw, Eyes and Pelvis. In the warmth of our home next to the fireplace.

👉 About Feldenkrais:
Method introduced by Moshe Feldenkrais uses subtle movement explorations usually laying down on the ground. It primes the nervous system to use the least effort necessary - to move with gravity, rather than using forceful willpower.

👉 About facilitator:
Jim Mant - dancer, movement researcher, certified Feldenkrais practitioner. I have been helping people through individual and group sessions for over 15 years. I enjoy creating an environment where we can learn through experience how to unlock the hidden intelligence of the body and mind.

When: Tuesdays 5.30 - 6.30, May 30 - July 4
Where: at our home in Tallowood, 3 Quail Way
Contribution: $ 15 / class, $ 35 / 3 classes pass
For who: The classes are suitable for everyone. Excellent for recovery after injury. Come as you are.
