WomenSpeak is an intentional space for women to refine and practice the art of public speaking. Learn skills and tricks to stay grounded on stage & cultivate your authentic voice in meetings, whilst celebrating the beauty and wisdom of other women’s stories & visions. Through Gestalt Psychotherapy & Counselling I support individuals to develop personal insight and find healing through bringing themselves back into the centre of their own lives. I offer a depth of humility, resource and resilience, welcoming diversity within the human experience. There is no rush to change anything, or to even have a final goal, more simply I offer an experience of being seen, affirmed and heard to my clients as they navigate the stories of their lives.

You know what one of the greatest things is? ..she runs Wild Wonder womens retreats and they are actually the best thing ever! What I know for certain is that when women feel safe and are surrounded by others they feel completely safe with, the brilliance within naturally pours forth.

Women don’t need a lot of “training” or “help” to be powerful speakers or leaders. Give a woman an experience of safety and being completely seen and heard in the truth of who she is - and WOW!

💗Midway through 12 weeks of my WomenSpeak circle. So, so beautiful and enriching. Last night was the delight of Telling an Epic Story. Laughs, tears, awe & suspense. Entertainment & a depth of presence made for a touching evening, watching women find their way with words and share their hidden gems. The beauty is, we all have so many gems and WomenSpeak offers a container to begin to explore and share them, building confidence in our voice and experience, firstly in the circle and then with the world.

Learn tools and tricks to stay deeply in touch with yourself as you draw out your beliefs, stories and visions for speaking on the stage, at work or in your everyday relationships.

My wish is for every woman to have the opportunity to safely explore their opinions, views, inspirations and brilliant creative ideas amongst other women who support and recognise them. I wish for this to give them further courage to step out into their lives with a remembered sense of the value of what they have to say, knowing that they have a whole amazing group women backing them. I wish for every woman to learn the art of deeply receiving celebration and encouragement to continue to take up space as their wonderful self.

I am excited to be opening a 12 week speaking circle for Spring 🌼. An intentional space to practice the art of public speaking, cultivate your authentic voice, lean into a culture of celebration, courage, clarity and community.

WomenSpeak offers an opportunity to build skills to more powerfully share your message in any domain of your life.
