Cracked out the 1/2 for the first time.
I was eager to get a sub 1:50 time and came in at 1:48. Yhew!

It’s such a beautiful city to run around and an awesome experience. Complete strangers were cheering me on and picking my pace up when I was slacking off. Beautiful trees and buildings were there to inspire the senses and amaze me.

My fellow runners were all there for their own reasons and I hope they came away breaking records.
The fact that they’re out there is already a record 💪

Looking forward to next year where I’ll try for a sub 1:45.

And yes I’ll have a magnesium bath tonight so I’ll be fresh for clinic tomorrow 😜
