Event Details ~

In this one day, hands on course, learn how to make your own Kenyan top bar beehive from start to finish.

Together we will construct a hive from start to finish and each participant will take home their own complete kit for self assembly. Additional kits are available upon request, as well as bee colonies to start your beekeeping journey, and further educational support.

The hives are made from ethically sourced eastern red cedar and recycled local native cypress which provide superior insulation properties for your bees and long term durability.

The event will bee hosted by Conscious Ground, an organic and regenerative agriculture farm in Myocum NSW who will provide an incredible paddock to plate lunch experience included in the cost.

Remember to stay clear of swimming in muddy poluted waters.

We can report higher rates of gastro, ear infection, skin and eye irritations.

It can take up to 6 weeks for the pollutants to clear out of our water ways ans beaches and well it looks like more cyclonic action in far North Queensland.

Hi beautiful community!

Candace here, I am so very excited to be back in again this year !

I have spent many moments over the Summer break reflecting on the year that has passed and on so many levels I feel immense gratitude . I am so thankful to our community for spreading the word, dropping by to say hello or even to use the bathroom haha!! I love a drop in!! A cuppa and of course supporting families.

Its a delight to she children embracing Acupuncture and yes I even mean pins!!! It is so great seeing the surprise of a parent when they notice how their child is not one bit terrified of pins and how they actually enjoy it!! And how some ask for more haha.

Its even more rewarding to see results for families and to give hope where there was none before.

I do take my work home with me and that is sometimes a mixture of admiration and heart break for parents and care givers!!! How challenged we can be as parents and yet how parents just wont give up loving, caring and finding new solutions for their children.

Its a great honour to be trusted by parents and I am equally grateful to give infants, children and teens an early chance to clear the way in their wellbeing. To help them experience the life changing effects of Acupuncture one of the most ancient most powerful medicines in the world!

One experience can change a life for ever and so can one person change the world! I really hope to make a difference for families and especially for children that are here to pave the way to better this community and the world!!
