Relax and unwind the body and mind in a 90min Ceremonial Sound Healing experience using the frequency of the 432Hz, known as the “miracle tone”, harmonising with the natural vibration of the Universe. Multi- instrumentalist Daniele Manodritto will guide you through this journey, using vocal toning techniques and a variety of ancient instruments such as clay ocarinas, native flutes, didgeridoo, powwow drum, African harp and many more. The combination creates and captures the essence of mixed ethnic and unique earthly sounds that takes you on a journey of discovery.

Every Sunday we get together as a community to receive the Grace of the weaving of live music with tea ceremony.

It’s such a beautiful space to be held by live instruments and the essence of sharing tea - which organically takes us home to loving, spacious inner stillness.

James our musician is also a tea server so the sound that is shared is attuned to meditation, mindfulness and the way of tea.

James is a dedicated vipassana meditator for many years and Anisa, our founder is a zen practitioner.

We were just reflecting this morning James and I ~ what a gift it is to be able to share these Sundays together with others 💕

If you’re looking for a compassionate way into meditation and sharing space with others in silence ~ we are here every day serving tea and Sundays for this deeply heartfelt gentle, immersive tea and sound journey.
