Join us on Monday for the “Mumma Journey”, a nurturing movement class created to support you through pregnancy and early motherhood.
Blending gentle strength work, yogility, and pilates-informed movement, each session is thoughtfully designed to honour your changing body and the emotional depth of this sacred time.
Led with warmth and care by Ariel, a student midwife, doula, and mother. This class invites you to build strength, confidence, and connection at your own pace. Whether you’re growing your baby or holding them in your arms, you’ll find space here to move gently, breathe deeply, and feel held.
BYO baby (under 6 months) or bump. All are welcome.
