Why close your eyes after each exercise routine?
TIP: Close your eyes after completing three sets of one face yoga exercise.
Here is a daily tip for your face yoga workout:
To enhance your body awareness, it is beneficial to have micro pauses between the face yoga exercises.
By closing your eyes, you can tune into your body and assess how the exercise has affected you.
It also resets your nervous system and calms you.
Becoming aware by sensing your body from within allows you to strengthen your body awareness, and therefore, you can practice without a mirror any time, anywhere.
Movement is medicine. When stress builds up, let your body guide you back to balance.
Your body knows exactly what you need.
A gentle stretch, a few yoga poses, or a quiet walk can shift stagnant energy and bring clarity.
You don’t have to do much, just MOVE and let your body lead you home. 🌸
TRY THIS:
🌸 Stand up
🌸 Reach your arms overhead
🌸 Take three deep breaths
🌸 Roll your shoulders back
🌸 Stretch side to side, and feel tension melt away.

IT CHANGED MY LIFE
Hi, I’m Vanamala Mayr-Reisch
Eight years ago, I looked in the mirror and was shocked by what I saw.
Burnt out. Stressed. Disillusioned.
I knew there had to be more than just SURVIVING each day; more than counting down to retirement and living for everyone else but me.

How Face Yoga Changes Lives
I always had the desire to help people, and looking back, that was the best desire I ever could have had. It has and still helps me to grow and be the best version of myself.
When I discovered the Face Yoga Method, I didn’t know that it would change my life. I was searching for a cure to heal a long-term neck problem when a friend told me that she had finished the 28-day Face Yoga Method challenge for the jaw and neckline. She discovered that it had changed her face with the bonus that it had healed her neck pain. That’s when I got all ears and wanted to find out what this was all about.
Our faces are the most exposed area on our body. It is the first place anyone looks at when they meet you. It is the place where we show or hide our emotions, where we carry a protective mask or pretend to be someone else. Where we open up to others and communicate whole stories by small changes in our muscles. It is the place where we have our most important sensory organs like eyes, ears, nose and mouth. No wonder that each face is unique and has its very own story to tell.
To work with people’s faces is the most exciting and astounding work. It is delicate and requires sensitivity. It requires the ability to see and sense what is happening for the person internally, and to invite the person “to come out”. It is as if you step out from a crowd and show yourself. It is the most exciting work to watch people opening up, peeling one layer after the other of their protective shield.
And with this transformation, suddenly, you can see that there is a tectonic shift inside the person. Something changes in their own beliefs about themselves. A fundamental shift that from that moment onward, this person cannot go back to the person they were before. Once you know, you cannot unknow it.
Do you feel insecure and unhappy because your face has lost its youthfulness? You might feel embarrassed and hide your forehead behind a fringe, or cover your double chin with a scarf. For a moment, you have thought of Botox or fillers, but you immediately know that that is not you.

Over the past 35 years, I have worked as a physiotherapist, vision improvement trainer and alternative therapist.
