As some of you know I've been working on connecting energetically to wild Emu I share bush with them over many years.

Yesterday as i walked along side the dry creek bed, I started to sing song whilst grounding. Within minutes, 3 Emu appeared. They crossed the dried bed to where I was, then walked away. I just kept singing song as I was very comfortable and then they circled back, came real close and just stood there watching and hearing my song, whilst cleaning their feathers. It was magical.

But today was even better. Today I walked and saw them again. One of them walked parallel to me at a comfortable distance. This time I was silent and just taking in all nature's beauty. Then she sung to me!
It's the first time in all these years I've heard her deep medicine drum song.

So much gratitude for this blessing.

A beautiful sunny morning to get outside and earth. Feels good! I spent 40 mins facing morning sun, grounding. Exposing most of my skin to absorb much needed vitamin D.
Really plug into earth! Ground your bare feet on earth (must be natural). Out of everything in one's day, earthing/grounding should be on top of your list.
It's free and one of the best things we can do for our well-being - mentally, physically and energetically.
