Run Free Counselling and Supervision Support I'm a very experienced, confident and friendly counsellor/group facilitator who aims to have respec Some amazing and surprising wisdoms can arise in this way.

I have worked at many agencies such as Relationship Australia (WA), Holyoake and The Richmond Fellowship and as such have a wide range of experience including Alcohol and Drug issues, Childhood Trauma, Domestic Violence, Couples Counselling and a wide variety of general counselling. I like to work with a variety of methods, especially ways that access the unconscious and use both sand tray and art to achieve this, where deemed suitable (and if the client is comfortable with it). I find it can be most helpful where clients want to by pass logic and access their own inner wisdom (which everyone possesses). I also like working narratively, which encompasses a belief that we all have many stories/aspects (of our lives) and aims to access the other (more positive stories ) too- besides the problem ones you may present with. I believe-We are each made up of many aspects, not just our problems and we have many strengths from which we can draw. I hope to draw on these in our work together (with clients).
