Our 1st Birthday is just around the corner… and we’re excited to soon share another special event happening in the space!
I’m also exploring the idea of opening Fridays as a “Mindful Day” — a chance for people to slow down, reset, and ease into the weekend. The focus would be on a calm, relaxed atmosphere with gentle activities such as meditation and sound healing.
I’m currently looking for anyone who may be interested in helping to support or run these sessions, keeping the day grounded, peaceful, and centred around low-key, restorative activities.
