❤ We’re proud of the care we provide and love our community!

Unfortunately leading into the end of the year, we’ve noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

When someone cancels with minimal or no notice that time often goes unused. It also means someone else in need of an appointment on our cancellation list misses out on care.

We don’t like charging fees but have this policy in place to help us continue operating as a small business, pay our team, and continue to provide the high-quality Chiropractic care we’re known for.

To help avoid these situations, we always send:
💻A confirmation email when you book
&
📱A Text message and email reminder the day before your appointment

Running a small business isn’t always easy, and when our practice policies are met with frustration or disrespect, it can be disheartening.

🙏Thank you to everyone who continues to support us, honours their bookings, understands we are extremely busy and rebooking options are limited- especially at this time of year- and treats our team with the same love and care we strive to provide to the community.

📆As we head into the tail end of the year.. our appointment books are filling up faster than usual!
🌱Dr Laurie will be finishing up with us at the end of October and onto her next adventure, which means fewer spots will be available while Dr April holds the fort until we have another awesome Chiropractor come join our community.
