The Menopause Reimagined at Work series is inspired by a call to action in Shelly Horton's book, I’m Your Peri Godmother, as well as my own experience, along with the many stories I have with women balancing careers, caregiving, and life while navigating menopause.
As a wellbeing specialist, I’ve seen firsthand how this transition can affect energy, confidence, and connection, yet it’s rarely spoken about at work. It’s time to change that.
