Join us for a rejuvenating One Day Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Glass House Mountains. This is a day to help you reset, restore and reconnect through gentle yoga (kundalini and yin), breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, sound healing, and a nourishing vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which are originated in ancient India. The fusion of mind, body and spirit is what offers the greatest healing and joy.

Our yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses or asanas. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. We teach breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness as part of our yoga classes.
