Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices which are originated in ancient India. The fusion of mind, body and spirit is what offers the greatest healing and joy.
Our yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses or asanas. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. We teach breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness as part of our yoga classes.
A fun, age appropriate class designed for kids aged 3 to 6
Fantastic for flexibility and strength, learning relaxation skills, posture, concentration, coordination, body awareness, self-confidence, self-esteem and establishing excellent physical and mental health. Classes include yoga games and partner activities.

Mums Yoga
An ongoing Mindful Yoga general weekly class for Mums. Give yourself the gift of mind body spirit alignment. Time out for you, time to focus entirely on your needs. We support your role as a mother.
This yoga practice is approached as a continual moving meditation. The yogic breathing is used as a foundation for centering the mind in the body and the present moment.
A gentle, invigorating class focusing on the foundational classical yoga postures - including correct alignment, yoga breathing techniques, mindfulness & relaxation and completing with meditation practices.
This class is suitable for all body types, with alternatives given within poses to accommodate all students. The classes have a strong mindfulness focus, so if you've been keen to learn more about mindfulness and meditation and experience it's benefits, as well as the benefits of regular yoga practice – this class is for you.
Our teachers combine their knowledge of yoga, meditation, Reiki and the chakra system, to ensure you experience a balancing of your own energy, feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace family life to its fullest.
Family Yoga
For kids from 5-16 years and their parents/caregivers. A beautiful way to learn and share yoga with your child, classes include family partner work. Suitable for people at any level of fitness or flexibility, our family yoga classes are fun, joyful and inclusive, with individual family members encouraged to participate according to their ability and different body types.

These classes heighten your sense of connection within the family unit. Yoga classes are a safe and very positive learning environment for the kids to gently challenge themselves to go beyond limited perceptions of themselves and their capacities. Yoga appeals to both sporty and non-sporty kids. It can give kids who do not like sport or other physical activities a way to connect with their bodies and become active. It helps kids who play sport increase their strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness – all of which will help improve their game and help guard against injuries.

Privates for Individuals and Couples
A flowing and invigorating practice that synchronises movement with the breath and creative sequences, designed to take you deeper in your body & mind. In a private session we have the time to focus on your personal practice, your alignment in poses, your ability to synchronise body and mind.
Within the flow of the class, we explore intelligent alignment of asanas and encourage you to build strength, discover freedom and feel rejuvenated and more alive.
Suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered to support even beginner students.
Couples sessions concentrate on all of the above and also integrate partner Asanas and encourage a heart connection beyond the day to day experience. Partner yoga will your relationship to a deeper level, connecting mind and spirit through the practice of yoga together.
