Located right next door to our current treatment rooms in the Post Office building, our new therapy gym offers space and equipment for us to guide patients through their exercise program.

Here we will run our group classes for balance, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis to help you feel stronger, improve mobility and prevent falls.

We are excited to be bringing more community classes to the South Burnett! These are a great way to learn and improve balance and strength with the guidance of a physiotherapist.
Come along, we'd love to see you there!

We are bringing you another Physio Class with South Burnett Physiotherapy

This will be a 4-week class focusing on Balance Improvement to build strength, improve stability, and reduce risk of falls.

The class will run every Monday from 14th July to 4th August - 12.30pm arrival at Graham House for a cuppa and catch up, 1pm for 30 minute physio session.

DATES:
Monday 14th July - 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Monday 21st July - 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Monday 28th July - 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Monday 4th August - 12.30pm to 1.30pm

You can attend 1 or all 4 sessions. Cost is $10pp per class, or pre-pay for all 4 and get a $10 discount = $30 for all 4 sessions.

This includes a cuppa, biscuits and guided class.
