Getting some work down around the property.

It is a good feeling when you can start to see your vision come to life.

Giving our horse resident a much need bath and some fresh grass to munch on.

Looking forward to adding some more horses so I can run some horse trek session to help combat mental health illness.

Horses are a true mirror to your soul. They pick up on your mood and reflex back to you. You really learn so much about yourself working with these majestic creatures.

When you know you have a big weekend ahead, make sure you relax before hand.

Enjoying the view and a nice fire before it gets to hot to have one.

Once I can open up to the public this will become more of a regular occurrence.

RUOK day!

That’s right guys today is RUOK day. The day you check in with your mates to make sure they are ok.

With massive lockdowns still happening here in Australia, mental health is at a risk. So please check in.

This is a amazing day/initiative but remember we should be doing this on a regular occurrence.

You never know, your phone call, your drop in visit, your question of R U ok? Could save a life.

And to the ones that are struggling, when someone asks if you are ok, don’t hide behind your mask and say everything is alright. Remember IT IS OK TO NOT BE OK and IT AINT WEAK TO SPEAK.

The Joys of living this life style. The view from The homestead on Starlight Retreat.

As it is coming into spring/summer we will see this more often with back burns for fire safety and land management.

This is what needs to be done to prevent massive bush fires.

Hopefully the smoke subsided by the weekend so I can do some work around the property, if not will arrange for some lighter work.

Make sure to give us a follow to watch the progress of the retreat and to stay up to date on opening this beautiful country to people who need a getaway.

I recorded an episode for my mates podcast

We recorded this nearly a year ago when I first started my journey to spread the word about mental health.

After listening to it, I realised that I had lost my way a little bit over the last few months. It took my own words from the past to get me back on track.
