Great news for all the oyster lovers! Our mates at Franklin Harbour Oyster Company have been back in action for a few months now after the recent algae bloom in SA shut things down. With levels absolutely safe, it feels like the perfect Easter treat to have these beautiful oysters back on our tables! 🙌✨

🦪 Locally caught, fresh and unshucked — straight from our friends in Cowell, South Australia.

We’ll be doing a special Easter Oyster Run so you can stock up for your long-weekend feasts.

📍 Pick-up: Murray Bridge
📅 Date: Wednesday 1st April
⏰ Time: Late evening (exact time announced closer to the date)
💲 Price: $16 per dozen

Hot Weather Policy – Putting Your Safety First 💛

With extreme temperatures becoming more common, I wanted to share a little update on how I’ll be handling very hot days moving forward.

If the forecast reaches dangerous levels (like the 47°C we’re facing this week), I may need to postpone appointments — even though the treatment room is air-conditioned and comfortable. As much as I hate cancelling, your safety (and mine!) will always come first. I never want anyone feeling unwell, unsafe, or having to travel in conditions that just aren’t sensible.

I truly apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know this decision is never taken lightly, and I will always make every effort to reschedule you as quickly as possible and prioritise your booking.

Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued support — it honestly means the world to me. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and look after yourselves in this heat 🥵💛

Holiday Break Announcement
I’ll be taking some time off over the Christmas and New Year period to rest, recharge and spend time with family.
My last day of appointments will be Wednesday 24th December 2025, and I’ll reopen on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: At this stage, all appointments are fulfilled for the remainder of the year. However, please don't hesitate to contact me directly as I can pop you on the cancellation list.
